Re: Clear 400 series bowls

More digging. They appear to have debuted in 1987 with plastic covers as part of the Storage Plus Storage System. They do not appear in 1986 catalogs. 7401, 7402, and 7403 were cataloged as 3, 6, and 10 cup "all purpose bowls", which translates to 1-1/2 pt, 1-1/2 qt, and 2-1/2 qt. Also so...

Re: Clear 400 series bowls

These are tough to pin down. I have access to many catalogs and other literature, but haven't found anything among them yet. The only ones I've seen have metric capacity and microwave on them, so that would be mid-1970s at the earliest. Thanks Doug. I was going to guess 80's but it was just a guess...

Clear 400 series bowls

I found these 400 series mixing bowls in clear. I didn't even know they came like that! I like them. I think they are from the 70's or 80's but I am having a very hard time finding anything on them. Anyone have any info?

That's the logo exactly! Thanks Doug. Gosh, they're old. No wonder Gram threatened to wallop anyone who didn't hand wash 'em only. And I still do.

Really nice style 'Pyrex' logo

I have my grandmother's set of clear baking Pyrex dishes. I love them and until recently they have been my only glass bake and serve ware. I noticed that the logo is different on these than what I am seeing elsewhere. Are they not real Pyrex? Did they actually have fakes back then? Story goes that n...

I found this larger rectangle fridge dish being used as a outdoor dog water dish at the house of a friend of a friend. It matches the two small ones I have been using as salt cellars for sea salt and kosher salts. I half jokingly mentioned that and offered to replace the dog dish for the one they we...

Thank you.

My second Friendship find!

As Doug predicted this pattern is elusive! I found my second piece finally at an estate sale. I saw it from across the room and sped over to snatch it up along with a star shaped piece of wire that I was told by the estate sellers no one could identify. I knew just what it was and had been in need o...

Lovely blue casserole

I just bought this blue round 475-b casserole dish but can't place the pattern. It is in excellent condition and seems to match my small rectangular loaf shape refrigerator dish. Anyone know the name of this one?
