The mold number is 29. The 401 with no mark at all has a slightly concave bottom and is thicker at the top.

I have two 401s and a 403. One 401 has a mold number, the other two are completely blank.

19 is the color code for turquoise. Since turquoise snowflake could only be turquoise on opal white or the reverse, it would have to be one or the other. I'm thinking it should be the latter. M indicates the cradle, also known as a "mounter".

These usually have to be just left as found. The main money was never in the accessory, it was in the decoration on the dish. Any measures will just remove the thin remaining probably lacquer finish. If there's rust, I might try rubbing with one of those impregnated polish cloths.
