Yellow Primary Questions

Post by TSBowman »

I found a yellow primary today that has no markings but does have an old black embossed stamp on the back. Another collector let me know that the embossing mark on my Pyrex matches the mark on the Pyrex dinnerware beginning in 1953. I can't find anything online that would indicate the primaries being marked with this. Any help is appreciated.

It looks just like the stamp on my Flamingo dishes except the stamp on mine is done in gold.

Most of the stamps on my dishes have been scrubbed off. Maybe the original primary's were stamped and you just found one that managed to avoid being scrubbed off? I would baby that stamp if it was mine.

Thanks everyone! I plan on just leaving her be and enjoying her rarity.
