Pyrex tear drops

Post by Bonnie Scott »

Doug,
I have one of these measuring cups. It's one of the pieces I really like, the old style tear drop.
The complete sets are kind of hard to find. There is a newer version but the handle is different and they are lightly blue tinted glass.

The smallest and next size up have been on eBay in the last week. There was a NOS set at the dealer fair after the seminar, but I missed it.

I have the largest one but it's so scratchy. :-( I noticed the set on ebay right now the largest one is also scratchy. That one is a good batter bowl and got used more. I am going to hold out and see if the middle one doesn't show up in someones castaways. :-)
