Doug, thank you for writing this article. It was very informing and a pleasure to read. I was not familiar with the freezer dish with the metal lid. I googled the lid to see what it looked like. I found this one picture of an item sold on etsy. Do you think this is the correct lid? I could see how it might be mistaken for a cookie sheet.

I just found this on ebay. I am surprised that I never knew about these lids.

Novembers article was just as good. I learned a lot reading it but no matter how I try I can not see a C and a G in the $ logo.
