I found this little cutey at my favorite thrift store this morning for $1.50

I only have the yellow so far, but it has no paint issues. Need to find the rest in as good condition.

I sold my yellow but I really liked it because the new lids for Pyrex worked perfectly on it. I used it to take food to work and reheat to share with my coworkers. I like that the new plastic lids fit so snugly on the old Pyrex. My lid is red but here is a picture of a blue one on amazon.

Sometimes I think potlucks are an excuse for people to show off their pretties.

I still chuckle when I think about saying "If you would like some homemade mac n cheese please help yourself, it's in the break room refrigerator in the Vintage Pyrex Yellow dot bowl with the modern red lid". LOL..that was fun.

This bowl looks so nice when I look at it sitting on the counter but when I put a light behind it, it shows scratches. Here is a picture of the bowl held in front of a light bulb. I am thinking I should start taking a little flashlight when I shop for Pyrex.

The only sunny place in my yard was on the wall by the dumpster. Forgive the backdrop..it did produce some clear pictures.
