As Doug predicted this pattern is elusive! I found my second piece finally at an estate sale. I saw it from across the room and sped over to snatch it up along with a star shaped piece of wire that I was told by the estate sellers no one could identify. I knew just what it was and had been in need of one...a vintage Pyrex heat diffuser for electric stoves. Yeah! Needed that for my glass percolating coffee pot by Silex.

Very nice. I found the same with the opal version lid in a lot of 7 or 8 pieces I snagged for $50. The commenter is incorrect, though, opal Pyrex was never borosilicate.
